Born in 1980.
In 2001 graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, in 2005 - Karaganda Institute of Actual Education “Bolashak”, in 2010 - Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Career
He began his career in 1999-2001 in the Treasury Department of the City of Astana.
In 2001-2006 he held various positions in the structures of the Ministries of Finance, Economy and Budget Planning: from Chief Specialist to Head of Department.
2006-2007. - Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics.
2007-2008. - 2007-2008 - Deputy Director of the Department of Analysis and Methodology of State Budget Execution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2008 - Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Policy and Forecasting of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2008-2010. - Director of the Department of Corporate Development of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010-2012. - Deputy Head of the Methodology and Analysis Division of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
2012-2013. - Head of the Department of Planning, Analysis and Reporting of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
2013-2016. - Consultant of the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to the present appointment, he held the position of Director of the Department of Budget of State Bodies of the Ministry of Finance.
